AGE CATEGORY

Junior athletes are those born in 1989, 1990 or 1991, who will be 19, 18, and 17 by December 2008. Upon arrival, Team Leaders must present athletes passports which will be photocopied and copies will be remitted to the IAAF.

ENTRIES

Entries must be submitted before 15^th, February 2008 midnight, Mexico’s time. Entries may be sent by e-mail to challenge.chihuahua.2008@hotmail.com with a copy to fma1@prodigy.net.mx or by fax to numbers + 52 614 414 93 53 or + 52 614 414 68 06 using the special entry form in Appendix A.

COURSE

The Course is located in the Chihuahua Sport City .It is a flat loop of two kilometers in the “Pancho Villa” circuit. The map and the inclination profile of this Course are in Appendix B, C and D.

UNIFORMS

In accordance with IAAF Rule 143.1 and Advertising Regulations, athlete’s vests (leotards) shall have the same colour on the front and back.

DOPING CONTROL

Doping control will be conducted in accordance with the IAAF Procedural Guidelines for Doping Control/IAAF Anti-Doping Regulations under the supervision of the IAAF Medical/Doping Delegate. MEDICAL ATTENTION

Medical crew will be available in the Hotels and along the course. However we would like to remind you that IAAF Member Federations are responsible for taking out insurance to cover illness or injury to Member of their delegation and/or team when travelling to and from IAAF competitions and during the event itself.
